Against the far exhilarating peaks, the stars spring any which way.

Day 25:
The Qataa is an Urdu form featuring two shers (complete couplets). Each sher is made up of two complete and balanced sentences with line one exploring an idea and line 2 bringing a twist or surprise to the mix. No set syllabic count, meter or rhyme. The Qataa therefore is a quatrain with each couplet standing alone and presenting a unique idea.
